Humans weren’t meant to sit at a desk for 8 hours straight, endlessly scroll on phones, and zone out in front of the TV day in, day out.

We're capable of way more. Testing your body toughens your mind.

THE METHOD

Here's the lowdown on 75 Hard:

Every day (for 75 days straight) you’ll:

  • Do two 45-minute workouts (Even walking counts)

  • Drink 3-4 liters of water

  • Read 10 pages of a book

  • Take a progress photo (just for yourself)

  • No alcohol or cheat meals

You can track it all in the 75 Hard app (and trust me— ticking those boxes daily is oddly satisfying).

if you miss a day? Back to square one. 75 days await you again.

WHY IT WORKS

Because in 2.5 months, you’ll:

  • Forge habits of eating clean and staying hydrated

  • Read 750+ pages (~2 books)

  • Build muscle, lose fat
